One hundred paces from the Historic Dry Creek General Store, placed
in the center of picturesque Dry creek Valley, our cozy tasting
room offers a slice of what we call "Zin Country." During harvest--September
to November--the winery is busy with excitement. Anticipation of
another great vintage, aromas of fermenting grapes and the cool
temperature in our barrel room invite you to taste our handcrafted
wines. Forgive us if we appear a little rough looking. Purple stained
hands, the first sign of a beard and wearing work boots during crush
is standard outfits. If you offer to help you better be prepared
to work, because we might take you up on your offer. The rest of
the year is generally not too busy. We’ll have time to talk with
you and tell you about our favorite other spots. Tasting Room hours:
Noon - 5 pm Daily, additional times by appointment.
Available to taste will be :
Estate grown and produced, maximum extracted Petite Sirah, Zinfandel,
Proprietary Red Blend and Late Harvest Moscato that are handcrafted
in small lots.
Our tasting room is cozy and friendly. We want all of our visitors
to walk away with a unique experience. On the weekends Owner/winemaker
Dan Teldeschi will greet you with his knowledge and enthusiasm.
During the week assistant winemaker Bill Wertzberger is happy to
share any of his experiences. We look forward to your visit, CHEERS!
